The beds where exceptionally comfortable and the superior king room itself was comfy and warm. The hotel had indeed a great location in the middle of the city.

We didn't like the bed, it was too low.

Thanks a lot for the fab stay, nothing too much trouble. It's a superior place with nice staff and fabulous rooms. They serve lovely food, have a good choice of options to choose from.

I loved this hotel and would definitely go back. I had reasonably large and neat standard twin room. Marvellous location, the free parking was available. Pizzeria Barolo Pizzeria & Grill was 200 metres away from the place.

The historic building and its character were charming, adding a unique touch to my stay. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment. The location was convenient and central, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the refreshments provided, especially the availability of decaf tea and coffee. The breakfast pack lunch, despite being pastry and chocolate based, had minimal plastic packaging, which was a great eco-friendly initiative.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of hairdryer and cold room, the positives outweighed these minor inconveniences. I would highly recommend this hotel for its unique charm, spacious rooms, and great location.

The staff are super-friendly, managed the parking on site. The rooms are absolutely fabulous and tidy, with central heating, an iron, tea and coffee making equipment. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, slept really good.

I asked for double room with mini fridge, Netflix, for example and they kindly provided it. The location was marvellous, for example, St Mary's & All Saints was not very far from the hotel.

Definitely, there was food missing.
